Top Achievers Foundation welcomes Mrs. Cassie Lowe as its first Chief Operating Officer.
PLANO, TEXAS – Top Achievers Foundation of Plano, Texas, announced today the hiring of Mrs. Cassie Lowe as the nonprofit’s first Chief Operating Officer, marking a significant milestone in the nonprofit’s commitment to continued growth and impact across Plano and Collin County.

Mann said, “The quality of TAs’ results over the past 29 years has demonstrated the value and durability of our youth development programs. With the addition of this professional position and with Cassie’s operational experience and leadership, we are positioned to double our impact on students and their families over the next five years.”
As COO, Cassie will work closely with Mr. Mann to lead the staff of part-time coaches, employees, mentors, and volunteers. Her primary responsibilities include scaling program delivery, strengthening operational systems, and expanding sustainable financial support to support Top Achievers’ continued growth.
Cassie brings over 15 years of experience in nonprofit development and leadership, with a focus on serving underserved youth and families. She has a Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Child Development, and is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
